If you have an older version of the windows firewall installed, you will not be able to use the overlay you want to use. You will see a window appear, and you will need to click “compatible”. The next step is to click the steam overlay you want to use on your computer. When you click OK, the changes will be applied to your steam Overlay. This is where you will select whatever changes you would like to apply.
